Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between [Company legal name] ([Registered address, country], [Company registration number]), “we”, and the organisation that uses Label2Prod, “you”. By signing in you accept them on that organisation’s behalf, and you confirm you are allowed to.
1. What Label2Prod does
When you add the trigger label to an issue in Jira, Label2Prod reads the issue, works on a copy of the linked repository in an isolated sandbox, writes a fix and a test that proves it, and opens a pull or merge request on a branch named autofix/…. It reports back on the Jira issue.
Label2Prod never merges. It pushes only to its own autofix/… branches, and every change reaches your default branch only if one of your people reviews and merges it under your own branch protection.
2. Your account
Signing in for the first time creates an account, with you as its owner. Owners and admins decide who is in the account and what it is connected to: they invite people by email, choose each person’s role, and connect and disconnect Jira and code hosts. Members see every fix and can start or stop fixes. Settings in the app shows what your role can do. You are responsible for who you let in, the roles you give them and what happens in your account. Tell us at [legal@your-domain] if you think someone has access who should not.
3. What you connect
You connect your Jira site, your GitHub or GitLab repositories and your own Anthropic API key. You confirm you have the right to give Label2Prod that access and to let it process the issues and code involved. You can disconnect any of them at any time in the app. Disconnecting stops new work straight away and cancels any fix still running on it.
4. Your Anthropic key and its costs
Every fix runs on your own Anthropic account. Anthropic bills you directly for that use, under your own agreement with Anthropic, and those charges are separate from our fees. You set your spending limits in the Anthropic Console. We store your key encrypted and use it only to run your fixes.
5. Your content
Your code, issues, comments and attachments stay yours. You give us permission to process them only to provide Label2Prod to you. We do not use them to train AI models, and we do not sell them.
The code Label2Prod writes for you is yours once you merge it. We make no claim on it.
6. Review what Label2Prod writes
Label2Prod is automated and its output can be wrong, incomplete or insecure even when its tests pass. You are responsible for reviewing every change before you merge it and for what you deploy.
7. Plans, fixes and payment
Your plan includes a number of fixes each month, as agreed when you subscribe. A fix counts against it only when Label2Prod delivers a tested pull request. Fixes it cannot deliver, fixes you stop and revisions you ask for on an open pull request do not count. Unused fixes do not roll over.
If a fix that counted did not solve the issue, write to [legal@your-domain] within 14 days. We will review it and, if it fell short, give the fix back.
Fees are charged in advance for each billing period and are not refundable except as these terms say. We will give you at least 30 days’ notice of any price change, which takes effect at your next renewal. You can cancel at any time; the cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have paid for.
8. Acceptable use
Do not use Label2Prod to break the law, to access systems or code you are not allowed to, to attack or overload Label2Prod or anyone else, or to try to get around its limits or the safeguards on what it may change. We may suspend an account that does, and will tell you why unless the law or a security risk stops us.
9. Security and confidentiality
We keep your content confidential and protect it as our Privacy Policy describes. We will tell you without undue delay if we learn of a security incident affecting your data.
10. Ending the agreement
You can stop using Label2Prod and ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to [legal@your-domain]. We may end the agreement with 30 days’ notice, or straight away if you seriously break these terms. When the account is deleted we delete your data as the Privacy Policy describes.
11. Warranties and liability
Label2Prod is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we give no warranty that it will fix every issue, that its changes are free of errors, or that it will be available without interruption.
To the extent the law allows, neither side is liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or lost data, and each side’s total liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use Label2Prod after that means you accept it.
